The filter appears to be an exact fit for our Kenmore, but it didn't at first work. My talented husband had to wiggle it a bit to make it set right so it would take water. It isn't just a shove in and off you go - takes a little care, but now it works perfect.

Only received 1 of the 2pk I ordered within just a few days, but after I notified them, they responded and assured me they would get the 2nd filter sent to me as soon as possible and apologized for any inconvenience. It’s the first time I’ve ordered from this company, and I know things happen. I’m pretty confident that I’ll receive my full order soon.
I goofed on the zip code. Sent an email to notify the error. Well someone read it and corrected it, the shipping address was properly change. Filters arrived as scheduled. Sure a lot of filters, but I average one filter replacement per 5 to 6 months. So I am good for the next 6 years. Well done.
